I took a look at the original article, and there's no evidence apart from a bad scan of a document that doesn't resemble any government document I've ever seen. The lack of professionalism in preparation is one clue that it might not be genuine.

Because I'm not willing to discount this story I posted the following:

I'd be interested to know what branch of the government (or what department: FEMA, Homeland Security, CDC, etc) provided you with the letter, hosted the seminar, or presented the document that you've linked to.

I ask this for two reasons. The first is that I'm skeptical of the scenarios that you've outlined actually having been approved and conducted by the federal government, and the second is that if they are indeed doing this, I want the right information in my hands to go to my congresscritters and senatebots to FIXTHISNOW.

I've done searches on google (albeit brief ones) and none of them are able to support what you've written about with any documents. I'd like to make clear that I do NOT believe in conspiracy theories, but I do believe in keeping a watchful eye on big brother because you don't need a conspiracy to do something wrong and get away with it.

Thanks in advance for anything that I can use to go to my representatives with or do some follow on research of my own.

N.

That means that if this person is genuine and not just trying to stir up trouble, I'll be armed with what I need to try and make a difference. Right now it reads like somebody is holding the tail and wagging the dog.

She did respond to me and was very fuzzy about government's actual involvment beyond organizing a bunch of pastors to give the speeches.

NOWHERE was she able to tell me what government agencies were specifically involved or in what ways. I can make up my own mind about it, but right now my mind is that FEMA went to the religious community and asked for help. THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THAT THEY (the gubermint) CREATED THE MATERIAL. She asks us to take her story at face value that the government was involved without providing any evidence other than her own testimony.

I choose to wait for evidence before forming my opinion.
