money spends so easily.

boogieshoesi'm in kind of a good mood right now. i went to lowe's today and bought some bookcase thingies that are divided into cubes. cheapy storage, but my closets really need 'em, cause they are grossly under-sized. and it looks like they're gonna work great. the baskets i want to use fit right into them. the one for the master bedroom took about 30 min to put together.
the theory is, if i can organize my stuff in the closets and on the bookshelves, i can put the empty boxes in the closet below the stairs or up on the wire shelving; i can't reach up there anyway, so it's a good place to put them.
after i buy enough baskets, i'm thinking about buying curtains. but i'm also kind of torn between doing that, and starting on the bedroom set. the dresser and the wardrobe would really help free up some closet space.

Date: 2006-05-15 12:24 am (UTC)I was gonna buy a new bed this summer, but it looks like that money is going for a desktop that doesn't crash daily, blue screen once a month and take two hours to reboot.
