first day at work...

well, my first day at new!job was entirely successful: i got my computer account, and intake paperwork is all done, and started reading up on oxygen sensors.  pursuant to that, i learned that the presence of oxygen promotes oxidization of materials *bland look*.  yeah, i was hard put to keep from erupting in laughter, too, hah.

and then near the end of the day, i slipped on the wooden floor and fell.  i'm ok, although i'm keeping an eye on my right foot now.  last week, i fell in the parking lot, skinned up my knees and twisted my *left* ankle.  i'm feeling particularly klutzy at the moment.

and then i came home and sacked out for 3 hrs.

i need to get some shortening tomorrow and make more gingerbread dough.  uff. da.
