i'm mostly posting just to post. i should say something new and interesting and... but i'm tired, bleh.

i love my new laptop. i've been thinking about many, many things, including what it means to be feminine or masculine, and why we insist on trying to define that, and when that breaks down. i've been thinking about doing 'cross-stitching 101 by dick marcinko (as channeled by boogieshoes)'.

i've been thinking about gmail. i think i need to ask charter if they have a usenet feed.

i bought 4 candles today that were perfect in height... and too thick to go where i wanted them to go. but they're lavender-smelling, so that's good.
