i'm having email problems on my main email acct. ::grumbles:: that's the email acct i get the bar feed thru, and w/o it, i have no idea what i have and haven't read on the bar. mostly because since i never use the web interface, except for when i (rarely) post, so everything is terminally 'new'.

i don't know if the acct will get fixed. the server ghod is working on it around *his* work. ::sighs::

the thing is, i really hate webmail.

i mean, i abhor it with a passion. but this is one of the reasons i've been thinking about setting up my own email server and etc. except it would have to be admin-lite, because i don't do command-prompt environments.

EMP? i've been thinking about setting up my own personal server for a while, now. but i need the equipment and some programs that would cover most of it, cause i suck at sysadmin.

got hmike to help me a bit, and will probably ask james cochrane if he can help, next time i catch him online.
