If you switch to html mode on LJ, there's a small icon in the corner beneath the title/default pic thing that is pics. Click on that and it should let you upload a pic. It also may be to olarge in size. If that's the case, there should be something in the menu options on your digicam that would allow you to resize it. Then Photo Editor on MS Office will also let you resize it, and then it's no longer a memory hog.
