I guess I have the perspective of: 1. Actually paying atention to history. 2. Seen how long it took a town to rebuild after a major tornado, which is nowhere near as destructive.
That being said, I do think NO needs to pay attention to some of the rebuilding advice and what other places devastated by hurricanes have do to protect themselves.
