i evidently have the CRAMPS OF MORDOR.   i've taken 5 different cramp relief pills today, none of which have made a frickin' dent.  or if they have, i don't even want to know what these cramps would have been like without said pills.  i finally pulled out the heating pad in hopes that it will work, because if something doesn't relax, i'm going to end up cancelling my trip to NOLA this weekend in favor of curling up in my bed and whimpering like a ninny.
