There is an iTunes downloadable game for Apples handhelds which features a rideable dragon shooting flaming breath at stuff. You fly by tilting the handsent for roll, pitch and yaw, and using buttons for landing, flaming etc.

Decent graphics and easy gameplay - worth a look.
