not exactly a hurricane *party* when you're alone...

well, the out-of-the-apt errands are all done now, and the outside patio is as secure as i can make it.  i have edibles for at least 3 days that won't spoil quickly, if at all, should the power go out.  this hurricane virgin is ready for take-off... er, i mean, ready for landing!....

look, i'm as ready as it's reasonably possible to get, given my living situation.  i am now going to concentrate on finishing indoor chores like cleaning the bathroom, and cleaning me.  and also, hoping we don't lose power overlong, because i can't live without a/c....  and yes, the cell phone is in the charger!
