schedule for the next few days

so... i have my new apt keys in hand, and by the end of the week, i'll be completely in the new place. 

today is: last minute details.

tomorrow: packers and loaders come between 8-9 am.  somebody's coming to take apart the garden swing between 11-12ish

then, mom and me go over things with broom and dustmop and turn in the keys, drive two hours, and arrive at the new apt!

the water and power are already turned on over there, so monday evening/ tuesday day is turning off utilities over here, and getting comcast to come out over there, and calling the cell phone company, student loan people, and USAA about the new address.

unload at the new place is scheduled to happen tues or wednesday.  i'm not going to unpack a lot because i intend to only stay in the new apt a year before going and getting a house.  same with purchasing a lot of new stuff, and doing the garden thing

given how my electronics are going, new purchases may include: a new laptop or desktop, (my current one is trying to die faster all the time); external hard-drive to some back-ups/ file storage; new computer desk.  we shall see.

at any rate, i will probably be offline for the next few days, until comcast hooks up the new place.
