i got a job, do-do-do, do-do-da-do!
Nov. 4th, 2010 04:24 pmSo, the interview I had on Monday in Mobile, AL? Panned out. I shall be moving this month, and starting on the 29th of November at the new place.
I've got a relocation package, and great benefits, and all in all, an awesome thing to be had. I'm high as a kite, right now, and I need to make some phone calls (like to my parents, heh), but I thought I'd leave you with the place that caught my eye while I was researching real estate in the Mobile area:

I love Tudors. :-D
The plan right now is to get an apartment, save money for a year, and then buy a house. I have no idea if this house will still be on the market in a year, but with housing the way it is right now, it very well may be - especially since Tudors don't seem too popular with Americans. I don't know why, but more for me!
*dances with glee*
I want to take this moment to thank everybody for their hugs and general support these past few months. Being unemployed is hard, and I really appreciate all the support everyone has shown.
Now I need to figure out what's up with my laptop - beyond general keyboard issues - but at least I'll have the money soon to fix it. And to return to writing!
-bs, happy
