the weather channel has an interesting sense of humor.  last night at around 7.30, i turned it on to check what the weather was going to be like this week.  'there is a flood warning in your area from midnight tonight to wednesday morning,' the announcer said.  'Raiders of the Lost Ark' was playing in the background.

'this does not bode well,' i thought.
