RL is a total pain for me right now as well. *hugs*
re staying wolf as long as they want - in Blood Bound, the 2nd Mercy Thompson book, there's a bit about one of the werewolves staying wolf for maybe 30 days or more. also, it's mentioned several times that Bran, the strongest American werewolf, stayed wolf for a period of years early on in his life. so... i'm assuming it's not a real problem to stay wolf, although it may indicate a level of mental and emotional distress that the human half isn't really able to handle all that well.
my vision of Ezra is as on the line between dominant and submissive - somebody has to be. :-D but i totally understand if someone else has a different interpretation of his character, and if you wanted to play in this sandbox, i wouldn't have a real problem if you changed Ezra from submissive to dominant.
